TEN10
We have supported Ten10 on the creation of a bespoke Technology Academy solution for the public sector.. The policy development has led to the proposal being submitted to Combined Authorities for roll out across major regions of the UK, culminating in a more cost-effective solution for the recruitment of public sector digital technologists.
HGS
We have supported the senior sales team of HGS to understand how the local government market works. We have moderated three workshops to explain how local government works and how decisions are taken, how messaging should be structured to have the biggest impact on Councillors and looked at the forthcoming market opportunities and stakeholders they should be engaging with over the next 18 months.
TASCOMI
We worked with Tacomi on developing their proposition for the London local government market. Our role was to help them frame their messaging of their services in a way that reached a local government audience succinctly. Our messaging workshops helped the business to gain traction in local government before their acquisition.
NTROPY
We supported Ntropy with increasing their audience for a leading seminar they hosted during the pandemic with Tourism Northern Ireland. We supported with the graphic design, audience mobilisation and social media collateral to help Ntropy make a big success of their event.
