CAPITA
Beartas worked with Capita to support the local government team to consider its approach and value proposition for regions which were set to undertake significant local government reorganisation. We participated in workshops, undertook desktop research and produced stakeholder maps to support the wider organisational thinking ahead of structural changes in North Yorkshire, Somerset and Cumbria.
